Magnum & Shelly

This game is our submissions for the GMTK Game Jam 2019, the theme of which is "Only One".  We decided to create a puzzle platformer where you only have one bullet, the core mechanic being that you have to control both the player AND the bullet.

Life is hard out on the frontier, but Magnum has the only one he can trust in at his side: his hot-headed bullet buddy, Shelly. In Magnum & Shelly, you control our two heroes as they venture across the Desert, keeping one another safe from the Cactus Regime.

Notably, Magnum has no way to defend himself beyond running away, so Shelly has to do all the dirty work.

Controls:
Left Stick: Move Magnum
Right Bumper: Magnum Jumps
Left Bumper: Shoot Shelly
Right Stick: Move Shelly

Note: Game can only be played with a controller currently. D: Sorry, keyboard people.
